Dry Ingredients:
  • 1 and ½ cup gluten free flour blend
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 and ½ TBS matcha powder - Fraser Tea Vanilla Matcha Organic Green Tea
  • **Xanthum gum is not required but if your gluten free flour blend has it, it is okay.
 
Wet Ingredients:
  • 1 TBS ground flax
  • 3 TBS water
  • 1 1/4 cups (10 fluid ounces) almond milk (or dairy of choice)
Topping Suggestions…
  • Whipped coconut cream
  • Berries
  • Maple syrup
