- 1 and ½ cup gluten free flour blend
 - 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
 - 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
 - 1/2 teaspoon salt
 - 1 and ½ TBS matcha powder - Fraser Tea Vanilla Matcha Organic Green Tea
 - **Xanthum gum is not required but if your gluten free flour blend has it, it is okay.
 
Wet Ingredients:
- 1 TBS ground flax
 - 3 TBS water
 - 1 1/4 cups (10 fluid ounces) almond milk (or dairy of choice)
 
- Whipped coconut cream
 - Berries
 - Maple syrup
